OS Upgrade, Lost Order and then some

I have upgraded my OS from 4 to 5 and autostandby no longer works. I have autostandby version 2.4.1 and in the phone, it doesn't show the correct icon - I'm guessing this installation is not supported? I can no longer remember where I purchased it or from what email account I used although I know the ones I would have used. If I provide the original PIN will you be able to retrieve my order?

Hello, there. As you suspected, AutoStandby is not supported on OS 5 devices. This is because all OS 5 phones have a built in standby feature which makes AutoStandby unnecessary. We appreciate your interest in our application but your phone should automatically go into standby on its own. If for some reason it doesn't, you will need to call your carrier to let them know about the issue. Thank you.

Thank you for your response. I use a Blackberry Curve 8900 and I have dropped it so many times on virtually every surface known to man and now it barely works. I do not have insurance and have already voided the warranty when changing the trackball. The 2 hardware buttons at the top of the phone (lock and mute) do not work. If the phone goes into standby I cannot take it out of standby and have to do a 'battery pull'. I can lock my phone manually using an icon but sometimes I forget and it usually dials someone. I only need the auto lock feature
