Pin transfer fails for a new device
Received a new device and pin transfer fails on the website. I try to share my email address for support to contact me but instead asks me to log into or create a dashboard account - So, I am going to try and post this problem for a third time.

Sorry your PIN transfer wasn't working, sometimes there are issues during the purchase and the PIN does not go through. I have imported your request into our ticket system to get your PIN and make sure we get you your registration code right away. So, look for an email from me shortly.

I am having the same problem, with the pin transfer. I got a new phone and tried to get a new code but said transfer failed. I didnt make a dashboard account i am going through with my facebook. Please get back to me soon, i wrote this problem on another part of your support fourms but that was 9 days ago and NO ONE has helped me yet.

I too have a failed PIN transfer ... sorry to piggy back an existing post. I am pretty sure it was my second PIN transfer but I get the failed message.

Hi Chad. Can you start a new Question about this? This software will only let is import new threads into our ticket system where we can manually transfer your PIN for you. Thanks.
