Hello,
I have the latest release of QuickPull Pro and am having an issue.
Whenever I choose the QP icon I get the reset screen however each time I set the "Schedule Enabled" and "Monitor Enabled" options only to have those setting NOT stick. Additionally, each time I manually run QP, I get the box telling me that I have to reboot to complete installing a module.
Please note that I have already followed the directions in your "Permissions FAQ" to no avail.
This is on a Sprint 8330 running OS 4.5.0.175
Please advise.

I’m
loving QP. :)
Hello there,
When you choose the QP icon and set your settings you must select "Save" after hitting the escape key. If you change your settings and run a QP without saving, your settings will not stick.
When you select the reset button to run a QP the screen you are seeing is completely normal. No action is needed and your device will reboot without you selecting anything.
Have a great week!

Kevin Agard December 30, 2009 08:49I DID save the changes! Additionally, now the thing is giving me an error stating: "Application terminated: QuickPull has been denied the 'Keystoke Injection'" This despite the fact that I have it set to allow Keystroke Injection (I've triple checked that).EditDeleteRemove

Well, it's been over a month since my last post and still nothing from Steelhorn. Given that fact, along with the not working, I must say that this experience is hardly giving me that warm and fuzzy happy customer feeling. In fact both the product and it's technical support are rapidly rising on the junk-o-meter.
