Hi there. I have forwarded this thread to our developers for further investigation. It seems that one of the users on your forum is having trouble with QuickPull on Verizon BB 8530. I'm assuming he is using the latest official OS 5 build for the Verizon 8530s? (I believe that would be the .508 build?) The more information you can gather about this problem, the better we'll be able to investigate it. Thank you for bringing these complaints to our attention. If you like, you may suggest that individuals experiencing problems create threads here on Get Satisfaction so we can handle them on a case by case basis. I look forward to hearing back from you and will keep this thread updated with news from our developers as it arrives.
