I’m unhappy

QP 3.6.4 still won't run on vs 5 BB 9700 /Mobihand has old QP vs#

I have vs 5.0.0.405 of bb 9700 . My mobihand web site account had qp vs 3.5.4 on it and I downloaded qp vs 3.6.4 from your web site and that doesn't freeze up and give me errors but it does just keep telling me the handheld must be reset to finish the install every time i try to run qp. also, you need to update the mobihand web site w/ the latest vs.... STATUS: STILL UNRESOLVED

Terry,
I saw your thread and thought I'd mention that it's essential that you delete prior versions before installing the latest versions, and follow the directions in the link including doing a battery pull after install . The link that Daniel included was just updated again today (December 28th) with a new version! :) Let us know when you get it all set up so we can mark the thread as resolved and other individuals might be able to follow this link if they're having the same issue.
