I have a BB Bold 9700 with the latest operating software. I had an earlier version of QP and it worked perfectly. However, after the upgrade to the latest version 4 the program does not work. When I click on "reset now", I get the blue message about rebooting in 5 seconds. Sometimes it moves on to the reboot now/later screen but reboot later is highlighted in yellow. Nothing happens at this point. If I get this far, it usually reverts to the "device is going to reboot in 5 seconds" message. I have followed all instructions in the FAQ, deleted and reinstalled, etc. and nothing works.
Any ideas anyone?

Hello. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with QuickPull. If you could, please run the app and press Menu -> Verify Permissions. Sometimes the permissions settings get screwed up when upgrading to a newer version, and this may fix the problem. If it does not, please follow this FAQ (http://faq.steelthorn.com/index.php?V...) to send us your log files. Be sure to do this right after running QuickPull so that the correct data is captured. Once you have the logs, please post them in this thread. Unfortunately, this issue requires further investigation by our development team and the logs would be of great help to us in figuring out what is causing the problem. Hello, David. We are currently working on a complete rebuild of QuickPull from the ground up for OS 5 and OS 6 phones, so support in the form of patches for current versions will be limited from now on, but what you are experiencing should not be an issue for the new QuickPull 5. Thank you for your patience as we complete the new QuickPull and I am sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
