QP Not Working on Replacement Storm 2
I have downloaded QP Pro to my new Storm2. I got a reg code worked fine. I did all the permission adjustments and I still can not get this to work. It worked fine on my other Storm2 but now I can not get this to work on my replacement. Any Ideas?

Can you tell me what OS version you are running? You can find this under Options > About on your device. You may also want to check out this FAQ on QuickPull permissions, as this can often be the cause of the kinds of problems you are describing:

The version I am running is 5.0.0.320. I checked all the permissions and everything was set correctly. I can't even get the activation code to work. It worked fine on my previous Storm2 so I don't understand why it isn;t working on my replacement.
Please help I really love this app and I use it everyday.

Still won't work. the new reg code works all permissions are set even rebooted but it still hangs on the rebooting in 5 seconds screen and fails to do it.
Any ideas? -

Hi Jeffrey,
Are you running v3.7.2 of QP? You can find out under Options > Applications > QuickPull on your device.
Also, try setting all permissions to DENY, rebooting if asked, and then setting them all to ALLOW and doing a manual battery pull. Sometimes this trick works on the Storm devices to resolve any permissions issues. -

OK tried what you said still hangs up doesn't work. Can you send me a link with a newer version? Maybe that's the issue.
