I have a problem with my Quickpull App I would like help with. This has just started to occur since a recent Blackberry Device Software update. I have gone thru all the FAQs on the site and redownloaded the app several times but come up with the same message when the app starts.
Here is my software and Blackberry info...
Quickpull v 3.7.2 / All permissions set to "Allow"
Blackberry Storm2 (Verizon) v 5.0.0.607
Here is the message I get:
"Restart Required
A restart is required for changes to take effect, to restart later, hold down the power key.
Reason:
Quickpull Monitor has installed or removed modules."
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have this exact same problem. It's not an insurmountable problem ( beyond the irritation of this not working as it should) if you are manually resetting.
But, this problem renders the reset scheduler function inoperable and unusable.
When doing a scheduled reset, the reset is blocked before it starts because the app is waiting for the dialog box described by Mr/Ms Rosencranz.
Help please!?
