Quick Pull 3.5.4 freezing
I have Quickpull Free 3.5.4 runing on OS4.5 on my Blackberry 8130. After a scheduled run of Quickpull I get the pop-up saying "your device has just been reset...." but it freezes my phone until I hit the OK button. The clock doesn't move until I hit the OK button, so if I have an alarm set to go off it doesn't go off. I used to use Quickpull Lite 1.7.4 (or something like that) and it worked fine. I really liked using the scheduling in QPF it worked perfectly for me, but I can't use it anymore since upgrading to 3.5.4

I’m
glad to help
Hi Kevin,
I am sorry for your troubles with QuickPull Free. If you can uninstall and reinstall QuickPull Free 3.5.4, this issue should resolve itself. After you uninstall, physically pull out your battery to reset your device. There may have been a download issue when you upgraded. Please let me know if this doesn't resolve your issue. -

Tried this and the pop-up window ("Your device has just been reset. Thank you for using Quickpull") still freezes the clock until I hit the 'ok' button.

Hi Kevin,
Check out this article to verify QuickPull's permissions are set correctly. It should help you out.

Didn't help either. All the Quickpull permissions are set to allow, and there is no 'Input Simulation' under Interactions.

Hi Kevin,
On OS 4.5 it actually might be called "Keystroke Injection" instead of Input Simulation. Also, are you on a BES or do you have the device firewall enabled under Options > Security > Firewall? -
-
Keystroke Injection is set to 'allow', firewall is disabled and none of the permissions are greyed out so I assume I'm not on a BES...

This still isn't working properly. If I have my BB set to reboot at 9:00 am it reboots fine but the clock freezes at 9:00 until I click 'ok'. Once I click Ok the clock jumps to the correct time.
