Quick Pull is still hanging

I am using a new 9700 version 5.0.0.423 and I have followed all of your instructions really carefully a few times and it keeps hanging. Quite sad now.

Can you try and run a QuickPull and then paste your logs here? This FAQ describes how to view/send the logs on your device.
