Quick Pull Pro automated password function does not work

BlackBerry Bold 9000, OS 5.0.0.681, QuickPull Pro version 4.0.2, BES

Quick Pull fails to unlock the phone when processing an automated QP session. The password has been set in QP, but the process only shows a single " * " during the unlock phase, then continually loops (re-trying password) until it fails. If activated manually, QP does work.

I self corrected my problem. Simply removed current password in QP, saved the change, exited QP, then re-entered the password and saved the change.

Now the automated QP does work , i.e. gets out of the locked mode by applying the password and does "quick pull' itself automatically.

Only issue now is that if the BB is in sleep mode (clock face, alarm set, dimmed and in cradle) the unit does not return to the sleep mode since it has a "Restart Complete" prompt requiring a manual imput. BB face is black and alarm is still set/funtional (ggod news). Fix the above (if possible) then this would be 100%, now ranks a good 95%.

Hello Marc. I am opening a bug report for the automatic password entry issue in our internal system for further investigation. We will do our best to determine the cause of the problem and fix it as soon as possible. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for using Steelthorn Software!
