Quick pull refund available???

I have purchased Quickpull after seeing that it was now ok for 5.0.... However, it won;t work. I just get "something went wrong, aborted" message. Is there a way to get my money back on this purchase or better yet, is there a way to make Quick pull work correctly? I used the free version until the BB ver 5.0 disabled the freebie version of quickpull. I was excited to purchase the new version of quickpull but it just won't work. many thanks for any help offered. FYI I have tried all suggestions offered on this site... thanks
