sad I’m frustrated

Quickpull 3.7.2 stopped functioning with Storm 9530 software 5.0.0.328. I have changed no settings everything is "allowed" with the permissions.

I have a blackberry Storm 9530 with the 5.0.0.328 software update I went into Verizon Wireless and they said I have the most recent update. Quickpull 3.7.2 was working corrctly for a long time until recently. At night when quickpull resets my phone it never does it just displays the "red power symbol" stating in 5 seconds its going to power down and never does at that point I have to pull out the battery every day myself. I uninstalled it several times and re installed. I "click" the icon reset in the quickpull program and its just states resetting in 5 seconds and just stays there I have to pull the battery again myself. I have went through the "edit permissions" and "allowed" everything thats an option and still doesn't help. Could somebody please help me or does your program need updated?. If a representive from Steelthorn is going to help me please if me an email address I can reply back to you after you request some information. Last time I got a "noreply" which I thought wasn't customer friendly or professional Thanks Jacob

    Hi there,

I'm happy to help you with this issue. Can you check out this following FAQ to obtain and paste the logs from your device here? Try and run a QP and then do these steps:

Also, one trick that may work on the Storm is to go back into the permissions and set everything to DENY, reboot if asked, then go back in and set everything back to ALLOW. For some reason Storm devices get confused sometimes but that has worked for me several times.

    Cheers
