I followed these instructions and after the application downloaded successfully, I was unable to open the program. When I click on the QP icon, nothing happens. Could you please send some advice to remedy this?
I am on the Sprint network on a Curve 8530 with OS 5.0.0.395

Has there been a fix yet for the 5.0 os? I to have the issue with it doing nothing after following the battery pull and permissioin changes suggested. Thanks -

Hi Tina. Just reinstalled QP free and still nothing happens when you select the icon on the front page.
