quickpull for bb curve 5830

I have downloaded quickpull for the OS5 for my verizon 5830 the bb curve 2. However, it wont let me run the program. I have followed your instructions about setting the permissions and i can not even click on the icon to run the program. how do i get it to work?

Hi Jess,

Can you tell me which version of OS 5 you are running? There is a known issue with 5.0.0.434+. The compatibility issue has been resolved with 5.0.0.7+, but it has not been officially released yet. If you are using a lower version of OS 5, please let me know.
