QuickPull install has caused issues with my keypad
Ever since I installed QuickPull today, my keys are not responding the same. I can't hold the alt key and type alternate characters at the same time (for example, to type a phone number I now have to press alt, then the key with a number, then press alt again and then press the key with the next number - before I could hold the alt key and type all the numbers at the same time. Same with all other alt characters (?!/@). I have tried a hard reboot, a app reload, and a wipe - nothing has resolved this issue! HELP!!! (I am using the BB Bold 9700 btw with the latest sw version just released)

Hello Joshua. I am sorry to hear that you've been experiencing trouble with your phone. Since you've already uninstalled QuickPull and performed a system wipe, it seems that you may be experiencing a hardware issue.
