I’m frustrated

Quickpull Lite unresponsive on Curve 8530 with v5.0.0.337

Have Curve 8530, v5.0.0.337. After downloading quickpull lite, it is unresponsive (does nothing when attempt to open). If i go to options, applications, and open, i can see all permissions, but is says "unavailable." I have tried all of the suggestions with the permissions and it is still unresponsive, including downloading the Beta2 from tiny url as suggested. Any Help would be great
