Hello, Dan. Are you using the latest version of QuickPull (4.1.0.5)? To date, this is the only version that is officially compatible with the OS 6. If you have the latest version, please follow the steps for OS 6 users in this FAQ (http://faq.steelthorn.com/index.php?V... ) to verify that you have the permissions set correctly. Please let me know if this fixes the problem. Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you.

i have the same problem too, it wont work on my torch
i tried to follow the instructions you just listed but i cant find the "QuickPullKeystrokeLoggerAndVoiceRecorderModule " under the Application Management menu.
i tried deleting the app and re installing it but it didnt work
please let me know

Hello. I'm not sure why that module wouldn't show up even after repeated installs because we have not encountered this problem in our testing. We are currently working on a complete rebuild of QuickPull from the ground up for OS 5 and OS 6 phones, so support in the form of patches for current versions will be limited from now on, but what you are experiencing should not be an issue for the new QuickPull 5. Thank you for your patience and I am sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
