quickpull pro a no go on curve 8530
purchased quickpull pro for blackberry 5.0 os, but it does not work on my sprint blackberry curve 8530. i click on the qp icon, and nothing. have done battery pull, turned off and on numerous times. please advise on how to resolve this issue or how to request a refund. thank you.
