QuickPull Pro for OS 5.0+ not working
i purchased QuickPull Pro v3 for OS 5.0+ and i installed it on my bb 8530 OS 5.0.337 and it will not work. It just sits there and does nothing or it gives me error saying look in event log. Please help me resolve this issue. I have been trying for days to get help from your support team without any results.

We recently released a new version of QPP for OS 5. First, uninstall prior versions of QP/QPP. Then, here you will find the download link and instructions on how to correctly install QPP.

If this is the same device you used when you purchased QPP the first time, the same registration code should continue to work. (it's specific to your device PIN).

I'm having this exact problem. I followed the directions and changed permissions per the faq link. After it downloads, it never asks to allow or anything. Now it doesn't give any errors or anything. It will not even let me open it. I tried reinstalling this a few times with no luck. Please help!
