QuickPull Pro intermittent trusted application status problem

I have QP Pro 3.6.4 set to reset my Storm 9530 running OS 5.0.0.328 at 4:30am daily. Once or twice every week, after the scheduled (and successful) reset, a dialog box pops up with "Would you like to grant QuickPullLib Trusted Application status?" I always select "Yes" and my permissions are all set to "Allow". I will also occasionally see this pop-up when I manually initiate a reset, but in both cases it happens intermittently and without any pattern that I can detect.

My issues aside from the pop-up itself are that when this pop-up appears, it keeps the screen on until I either click "Yes" or the battery dies; and more importantly to me if I have an alarm set to wake me up, it will not activate due to the pop-up.
