QuickPull Pro stays stuck in REBOOT mode

I am having problems with my QuickPull pro that I purchased.
When I hit the reset button it just stays on the menu that says:

Your device is going into REBOOT in 5 seconds. Press ESCAPE to cancel.

It stays like that for a while and then I'll hit the back button and it will say:
Something went wrong. Aborting. See device log for more details.

I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it, still the same thing keeps happening.

Can I please get help on this?
