QuickPull will not work after upgrade.
performed upgrade and now cannot reset phone via QuickPull by either scheduled or manual force reset. Keep getting message "Do I want to set permission?" I've already set the permission several times and still doing the same thing. Please advise, thanks.

Sorry I should have asked for the exact version of the BlackBerry OS you have. You can find this under the Options > About menu on your devices.
Also, if you have recently upgraded to OS 5, check out this FAQ on how to get the latest versions of QuickPull for OS 5:

The link above to download the lates version of QuickPull is not valid. When I went to the site, the download page is blank, with no option to download anythingf. Please advise, thanks.

Hi Ronnie,
I just tested all the things and they do appear to be working. You may not be able to view the FAQ articles on your mobile device, though, depending on your browser settings but it should work from a regular computer.
