QuickPullFree (v4.0.4) won't run on a Bold 9700 (OS V5.0.0.602)

I used to have a BlackBerry Curve 8520 (AT&T) OS V4.6 and
QuickPullFree and it worked GREAT! I told all of my BlackBerry friends
about it too!

I just got a BlackBerry Bold 9700 (AT&T) OS V5.0 and I downloaded
QuickPullFree from both the BB APP World and your website (v4.0.4) and now it doesn't work at all. PLEASE HELP!

    Hello. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with QuickPull. If you could, please run the app and press Menu -> Verify Permissions. Sometimes the permissions settings get screwed up and this may fix the problem. If it does not, please follow this FAQ (http://faq.steelthorn.com/index.php?V...) to send us your log files. Be sure to do this right after running QuickPull so that the correct data is captured. Once you have the logs, please post them in this thread. Unfortunately, this issue requires further investigation by our development team and the logs would be of great help to us in figuring out what is causing the problem. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope to find a solution to this issue as soon as possible. Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you
