I’m frustrated

QuickPullLib Error

Edit Subject

BB v 5.0.0.328, QuickPull Free, when trying to use QP I get a splash screen asking for "Trusted Application Status" I select yes and receive this error message, Something went wrong. Aborting. See device log for more details, then I get, An error occurred while starting QuickPullLib. The Application has been terminated., I set all permissions to allow and did battery pull, un-installed and re-installed it a few times. Still not working.

Hi there! Sorry for the delay in receiving help with this issue. Unfortunately, when OS 5.0 came out it was not compatible with QuickPull. The good news is that a new version of QuickPull for OS 5.0 BlackBerries is now available. Please uninstall QuickPull from your device and then go to http://steelthorn.com/products/quickp... to download the newest version. This should take care of any issues you are experiencing with the app.

Can i get it from the Blackberry App World or do i need to use that link?
I uninstalled it and then went to the App World and installed it again but its still doing the same exact thing.
I will try to download it from the link when i have the usb connector with me.
