search hangs
after successfully scanning an item it hangs @ searching. If i reboot it will scan one and start hanging again. BB storm 9350

Hi there. As a troubleshooting step, can you go in to Options > Advanced > Applications, highlight "edocrab" in the list, press Menu > Edit Permissions, set everything to Allow, do a battery pull and try again? Whew :). We think there may be a bug related to permissions and this may be what is causing this problem for you.Comment

Thanks! I did that and it still hangs it appears to not have a connection because the ads disappear.

I was having the same problem with Storm1 OS 5. This seems to have worked for my BB. The app scanned without "clicking" the camera and searched as it did in Ver 1.0. I will continue to try this version.
