I’m frustrated

Software Update 5.0... Quick pull pro

Quick pull pro is not working after I did the 5.0 software update on verizon bb storm.I was told by verizon to delete and reinstall. App worked great before software update?? All permissions are set to allow. Says it will reboot in 5 seconds, and nothing happens.

Don't kid yourself about it working. After spending the money on the Pro version, and upgrading to OS 5, I also cannot use QuickPull. I am on a BES, and not able to set all permissions to ALLOW. One, "Security Timer Reset" is greyed out to Deny. I have done everything suggested on this site, including updating to 3.6. Very frustrating. And no resolution seems to be in sight.
