Transfer QuickPro License to new device issues

I utilized your PIN Transfer utility to have my Quick Pull Pro license key switched over, but was sent a license key for Storm Lock instead. Can you send me a new license key for Quick Pull Pro for the same PIN? Your online utility doesn't allow me to select the application.

I posted a similar request over a week ago on your Support forum, but have not received any type of response yet.

Can you start a new question for me? Our support software only lets us import the person who started the topic into our ticket system. Then someone can follow up with you there about manually getting your reg code squared away.
