Where can I find my registration code again for stormlock? Just upgraded my storm to 5.0 and need the code again.

5.0 wont let you enter the registration code it only will except numbers registration has letters as well.Comment

Carter - It sounds like you are trying to enter your device PIN for your registration code.
Your registration code is entirely numerical. Please use the link above to receive your registration code if you can't find it.-
Nothing happens when I enter my email address. I receive NOTHING!!! Yes, I have steelthorn.com whitelisted. The PDF link doesn't work EITHER!!! Is their any other way to get my lost registration code????? Does this outfit have a mailing address?

If you are having issues sending yourself registration code or using the PIN transfer tool, please start a new question here instead of posting to the end of another person's post.
Please make sure you set your email address to "shared" during the creation of the post. From there, we can drop you into our internal support system and get your relevant information privately. -

I have also tried the link that was sent to me to retrieve my registration code with no avail. i have contacted BB appworld support as well and still dont have my code. we have these fancy "phones" but Steelthorn cant give a phone number? -

Now that i think about it, Im not sure. I received a confirmation about the payment and i assumed that was the address i used. Is there any way i can figure out what address? I went through the BB appworld and thought they used that address.

Help me please!!!
This is the 4th BB Storm that Verizon wireless has sent me. I've had to return 3 phones that were not working for one reason or another. I really don't want to pay for your application for a second time (but would if I had to, I can't live without Storm lock!), but I need to transfer to my new phone's PIN. Can you help me out pls???.. No funny business, I promise, just bad friggin phones from Verizon that I had to get replaced.
I can provide new PIN, but haven't figured out how to contact you guys directly...
