i have upgraded to Pro, but it does not run...
i press the reset button and then i get this
"something went wrong aborting. See Device Log for Details"
i have searched for a device log, but cannot find....

Hello Adam,
Did you uninstall prior versions prior to installing a new version of QP? This is important to do.
Then be sure to do the following exactly:
1. Go to Options > Applications and highlight QuickPull in the list.
2. Press Menu > "Edit Permissions".
3. Set all three categories to "Deny".
4. Menu > Save.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 but set all permissions to "Allow".
6. Do a real battery pull.
This should resolve any issues you are having.

Sorry you're having difficulty. This is thoroughly tested, so there might be something else going on unrelated. Did you uninstall prior versions before installing the latest version? You must follow the directions exactly. Can you post the device logs? There are directions on how to do this here:
