Will not REBOOT, software no longer works

Hello,

This application no longer works. I try to reset and get a window saying “Your device is going to REBOOT in 5 seconds. Press ESCAPE to cancel.” This window hangs there indefinitely or after several minutes a window pops up saying “Something went wrong. Aborting. See device log for more details”. I have tried both version 3.5.4 and 3.6.4 for OS 5.O and neither works.

I installed OS 5.0 about a month ago and the app has not worked since. I have a Blackberry 9630 v5.0.0.484 (Platform 4.2.0.214).

I also followed the instructions to allow all permisions and that did not work either.

Please advise.
