Whats up with returns from your web store?

My girlfriend pre-ordered some boots from your website and they showed up with a poorly painted heel and over all lack of quality.

Your online order system was unable to find our order so we sent an email out Friday requesting a return. Your automated phone service ran us in circles and we were never able to reach a live representative.

Finally after not being able to get in touch with you Monday I tried to look up the order online AGAIN. Eventually after looking at your order confirmation email I realized the email field may need to be in all caps because you sent us an email with our address in all caps.

Guess what it worked.

NO WHERE in the forms did it say anything about case sensitivity. Get your act together. Your poorly designed web-site caused us to waste a lot of our time. We will not ever buy another Madden product again.

Are you trying to make it hard for people to return your products on purpose?
