Is this the level of product we should expect from our stop and shop

We just opened a package of Perdue Perfect Portions Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless Natural chicken breasts that were absolutely rancid. More important than the expense of the chicken is the inconvenience of not having anything for dinner for my family tonight, and the time spent going back to the store to get something else.

Is this the level of product we should expect from our stop and shop? If so, perhaps we need to find a new neighborhood store.
