You are right, the 1-800 number would not work properly if you are out of the US. The number for International Subscribers is 407-333-0600 ext. 2410.
I'm sorry you are disappointed. I'm the Customer Service Specialist here at our Home Office location and I've been here for 9 years and counting. I'm sorry to hear you are canceling your subscription to Charisma Magazine. I've processed your request today. Your refund will be credited to your credit card in 5-10 business days. Also, I removed the subscription from automatic renewal in which you signed up for in 2004.

Reija asked many times to have her post removed where her name is visible. She was originally under the impression that correspondence here between her and Strang Communications was visible only to registered members. I will kindly ask for the articles where Reija's name is visible above to be removed, as soon as possible.

Sorry, William, if there is a problem. I haven't heard from her, so I didn't want to alter her account without her permission. I did, however, change her name. Are you saying her name is still visible? Can you point me to it? I'll do my best to help.
