I have been waiting for my product key for a while now and I already sent one email and then just sent another. When should I expect to hear back?

We're working on a better way to manage product keys than our current system, as you can see from the boards we receive this issue far more often than is acceptable. With any luck we'll have a better option rolled out within the next few weeks!
