If I update will I lose my entries!?
I just did an OS update and lost all my entries...so I had to re-enter them, that's fair. But now I see there's an update! If I update to the new version with the bug fixes will I love all my stuff?

Inappropriate?Hey Navan,
As long as you have a recent version of StudentDocket installed (anything after the name change from StudentBerry to StudentDocket should be fine), then you shouldn't lose your data. Just to be safe, however, we recommend that you perform a backup of your StudentDocket data before updating if possible.
To do this, you will need to launch your BlackBerry Desktop Manager and select Backup. You will then need to select the StudentDocket databases and manually move them over to your backup file. From this time on, as far as I understand, StudentDocket should be backed up automatically whenever you backup all your other data.
Performing regular backups will also help you ensure that you don't lose any data the next time you update the OS. I should probably take my own advice though, seeing as I've had to re-enter my data a few times myself this semester ;-).

I’m backing up my own data...

Inappropriate?Sounds good! I'm having issues backing up though...in the advanced options it doesn't list student docket...my thumbs hurt from re-inputting everything so I REALLY don't want to lose my stuff ...
I’m warry but slightly better!
