StudentDocket is now on GetSatisfaction!

StudentDocket has decided to go a new direction with their customer support system. While the forums over at StudentBerry (back before the name change!) were great and allowed us to communicate with you guys pretty effectively, it just didn't have some of the features we desired. Also, the upkeep was less than fun, and took away from our StudentDocket development time quite a bit.

Enter GetSatisfaction, a cool new alternative that allows our little community to stay connected, while also providing a level of transparency and freedom only offered by a third party solution. We'd love to hear how you guys feel about the new system, so let us know!

Feel free to post all of your suggestions, comments, problems, solutions, etc.. in here, we'll be monitoring it actively and chirping in whenever necessary!
