Ordering Subscribers/Subscriptions Lists
It would be great if the lists of subscribers and subscriptions were ordered in such a manner that it would be easier for me to find people. I am not sure what the logic is currently.
I would rather not have to use scripts.
In my case, alphabetical order would be good. Perhaps listing mutual subscriptions first may work as well.

Inappropriate?I talked about this in a thread of my own, sort of. I like how subscriptions are ordered currently, but I suggested that perhaps we should have a 'filter by' option so you could look at it by 'who's online now', 'alphabetical', and 'last subscribed.' If I were forced to have it by alphabetical though, I would be unhappy.

this is one of the best points

Inappropriate?I'm agree with these posts. So mixing together I'd like that users can choice ordering subscribers by "mutual", "online now", "alphabetical" and "last subscribed".

Inappropriate?Alphabetical is good, but I prefer in function of how much activity seems good too.
I can easily check the active ones. -
Inappropriate?I agree with Perce- niege. It would also be good to sort by Similarity (I know the similarity measure is unreliable but its still ore useful than not.)
I’m quixotic

Inappropriate?What is the order now?
On multiple pages without some discernible order is virtually useless.
One page in alphabetical order would be nice -- a toggle with some other named order would be nice -- (grid/list -- we have a sense what each of those means and when we try them we KNOW.)

Inappropriate?I would love to be able to group my subscriptions into categories so I know why I subscribed to them in the first place. Also being able to sort them would be great so I could clean out my list of people that haven't logged in during the last 3 months or whatever. :)
I’m happy

Inappropriate?I, too, am having a problem figuring out the logic of the listings of visitors, subscribers, and subscriptions pages. Wasting time searching for a particular person in one or more of my lists of contacts is very frustrating.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?i gotta say i like this idea, had similar one my self were a separate page/tab would be used for mutuals and notification of share requests. This idea is probably better especially will's filter by idea could this be implement on all subscription pages. Hope the guy's n girls at SU take a look at this idea and run with it.
I’m crossing my fingers

Inappropriate?I thought they've always been listed in order of most recent activity?
I've not noticed a change in that in 3 years, from "classic" through now in V4.
I wouldn't be opposed to an option box or something, with some sort options. Seems like it would be simple enough to implement, and makes it customizable to most people's preferences. -
Inappropriate?Snails pace seems to define it.
In V3 when you choose see all you at least get them on one page -- last time I looked in V4 mine and I don't have all that many were on multiple pages, which makes it a lot harder to view and they did not seem to be in activity order, but ...
I think we just hope new versions will solve old problems instead of just making them worse.
And the friends (whatever) on my home page were not in any kind of order and seemed to be static. People who have not been online in ages consistently show up.
