Renewal not acknowledged by the software: my license expires 06/28/08, so I renewed the license on 06/18/08 (Order #080618000118918) but it did not give me a new "key". The "Renewed Registration Key" is the same as the key string when I either purchased or renewed the registration in June of last year. So far, at least, the firewall does not acknowledge that the license has been renewed. On the License tab, the "Register" and "Buy Now" buttons are greyed-out and disabled. The "Renewal" and "Change License ID" buttons are dark blue and usable. However, there does not appear to be any way to tell the software that the license has been renewed, because the firewall still says that the license expires on June 28,2008 (not 2009).
On July 26th I purchased the Viper upgrade for my existing Counter Spy.

Last time when I purchased Counter Spy, the ‘Registration Key’ was included in the Email Purchase Confirmation, but this time it wasn’t included in the Viper Upgrade Email Confirmation.
I’ve tried logging into my Sunbelt Account and although I can find the Order Details, I still can’t find anything to give me the Activation Key.
Viper has uninstalled my Counter Spy, which still had 8 months subscription left on it, so now I have no protection. Have I lost the remaining 8 months subscription that was on my Counter Spy as a result of upgrading to Viper?
I have been emailing you since July asking you to help me with this, and have had absolutely no response.
I am very disappointed, not to mention angry, to be left in this sitution, with even the courtesy of a response from you.
I've now spent $19.95 in April 08 on Counter Spy (Order No: 080411010944473), plus $9.95 in July 08 (Order No: 080726111143094) on the Viper upgrade, and am left with nothing!
I just purchased the VIPRE upgrade for my CounterSpy, downloaded and installed VIPRE, and now I have Vipre which says I have no subscription. Plus, my counterspy is gone, and I uninstalled my Norton AV. Now I am unprotected, and can't get VIPRE to work. I tried my CounterSpy Reg Key, but it won't work.
I had to reload CounterSpy and now cannot re-activate the program. It gave me the free trial period, and I have since entered the key given to me by e-mail on May 30, 2008, but when I try to activate, all I get is a message that there is trouble communicating with the server...I have tried this AT LEAST 30 time with the same result each time. Now my free trial is over, I am 7 days over, and I still cannot activate...
I'm trying to renew my subscription. Originally it was for 2 machines. I now need only 1 but the renewal process puts 2 in my shopping cart and I can't figure out how to change that.
