28 Fev 2009 cause conterspy sbamsvc.exe use 100% cpu .....
just before this update evry things was ok ...
I try to dowload the latest version of conterspy unstall reboot re-install counterspy
It's now impossible sbramssc.exe don't start (using 100% cpu during long time) and a popup stop installation .
I have Nod32 (and i desable the active protection, no impact on installation...
anyone have an idea??

Inappropriate?plgpat, Did you mean sbamsvc.exe? That is one of the process's of Counterspy, if it is to resolve this open Counterspy, click file then setting. Then click Active protection, in here uncheck the 'Check files when they are opened or copied" and click ok. You may have to restart you computer for this to take effect.

We found a VIPRE detection that was released in version 5024 that could, with some files, cause the CPU to run at 100% for very long periods of time, especially with Thunderbird users.
This detection problem was fixed in def version 5030, which was released Saturday March 7, 2009 in the evening.
If you are still experiencing high CPU usage after updating your definitions to 5030, please contact our support department so we can look into the problem further.
