Inappropriate?Hi Pyrrhic,
Thanks for posting! What you can do is download the manual definitions to get up to date.
- Download the latest definition file from the following link. When asked to “run or save”, choose save and save the file to your desktop.
http://www.sunbelt-software.com/ihs/c...
- Double click on the downloaded file to update the definitions
The definitions should now be up to date.
Afterwards, I'd recommend running scans in Windows Safe Mode with COunterSpy. Restart your computer, then tap the F8 key on the keyboard after it first starts up (ex. If you have a Dell it will flesh Dell on the screen, then start tapping F8). When the menu appears, use the arrow keys to select safe mode and press enter twice. If you are prompted to select a user, select your username.
If you continue to experience any more problems please feel free to contact our support team at support@sunbelt-software.com and we will have someone work directly with you.
Thanks,
~Tim
