Thanks for posting. I would like to collect some information regarding this issue so we can get it resolved in the program.
1.Please open CounterSpy and click on the ‘View’ menu.
2.Choose ‘Settings’ and then click the ‘General’ button.
3. Under Scan Display options, choose the option that says ‘Display the progress bar with the progress text. Custom scans will display the animation.’
4. Please run another scan with CounterSpy and when the scan gets stuck, please email us with the file name or registry key name that it is getting stuck at.
