Inappropriate?Hey Glenn,
Thanks for the post. For SPF not allowing Scripts, you may want to disable that feature within the "Web Filtering" Section of the firewall, or disable web filtering all together. You can also create a site exception if this is happening on a perticular website.
If you want to go ahead and uninstall the SPF, then you will have to register VB scripting to rid you of that 2738 error. Please follow the instructions below.
Vista for some reason does not register VBScript. What you have to do is first of all find where vbscript.dll is. Is is usually found in C:\Windows\System32 (C:\Windows\syswow64 for Vista 64).Next you need to go to start -> all programs -> accessories and right click on command prompt and choose "run as administrator".
Next type "cd C:\Windows\System32" (replace the dir if its different for you) and then type "regsvr32 vbscript.dll". It should then confirm that vbscript has been registered and everything should work. This should resolve the issue.
If you continue to experience any more problems please feel free to contact our support team at support@sunbelt-software.com or by Phone at 1-877-673-1153 M-F 9am-6pm EST and we will have someone work directly with you. Please reference ticket id 001-00-235413
