Cannot update CounterSpy schedule, previous schedule disappeared
Hello. My CounterSpy scheduled scans, one for each day of the week, have disappeared from the schedule list, and I cannot add any new ones. I can try, but when I click 'update schedule', it doesn't update. What may be the problem?

Something may have become corrupted within the CounterSpy user Data files. I'd recommend resetting the user data. You can run the utility below to reset CounterSpy's user data.

If you get any security warnings you'll have to allow them.

Inappropriate?Thank you. This is second time in the past week that I've had to do this and it just started last week. Any suggestions as to why it's started? Will I have to add this to me list of routine tasks?
