Cant register my new SPF

I just bought Personal Firewall for my son's Laptop. I already installed the trial version prior to ordering it to test it. Now I'm trying to enter the License number in the registration wizard but when I click next it says "Error checking license number#". I know I'm entering the right numbers.

I tried 10 times to register it without any success. I downloaded the trial version from your website on my desktop and then installed it on his Laptop because he has problem with his laptop since last week. Please let me know what to do.

Hi Sam,

Please right click on the Sunbelt Personal Firewall (SPF) icon that is down by the time clock and choose disable. Also make sure that all other security programs are shut down before registering. Once this is done, right click on the SPF icon that is down by the time clock and click register. You should now be able to register the software.
