Can't Update definitions
I just loaded counterspy 3 and the definitions will not update. Win xp home sp3 and norton 360 v1 which I set firewall to allow sbamui and SBAMSvc.

Inappropriate?Go to the Start Menu and choose run. Type “CMD” (without quotes) and hit enter. Now type “ping updates.sunbeltsoftware.com” (without quotes)
