Clean - it wont let me!!
When I click on "clean" to clear the scanning results it tells me it can't do it because my trial has expired. I have never had a trial run but pruchased the software just a few days ago. Is there a solution to this problem - if I can't resolve this I shall send it back and get a refund.

I can however tell you it sounds like you didn't enter your activation key. When you purchased VIPRE you should have recieved an email from us with your activation key. You'll need to enter this into VIPRE to activate the full version of the product. To do this, open VIPRE. In the top left click Help then Register. Enter your key then click OK.
