Computer won't reboot properly after console advised reboot!
Vipre Console advised client reboot - now computer does a "partial reboot" and hangs on client's desktop background with no icons, start menu, or taskbar. I had to boot into and "start windows normally" to get it to load properly. Any ideas on what would have caused this or what I can do to fix the issue?

Inappropriate?Sorry, it looks like my "safe mode" got erased on earlier message. I can load desktop by booting into safe mode and starting windows normally that way!

Inappropriate?Thank you for posting! I am sorry to hear about this problem. Please boot the computer into Windows Safe Mode and run a Deep Scan of the computer in case this has been cause by a threat. Once the scan is done please clean anything that is found and then reboot the computer normally. Please let us know if the problem persists after doing the Deep Scan. If it does please reply with what version of Vipre you are running Home or Enterprise as well as what Operating System you are running and any error messages or addition info that you may be able to provide that may be helpful in relation to this issue.
