CounterSpy's Boot Time Scanner and Cleaner problem
after every scan am asked to reboot my pc (counterSpy's Boot Time Scanner and Cleaner) , everything goes fine until it reaches the cleaning up , my pc freezes , nothing happens, i have to switch off my pc , and start it frm the safe mode everytime, why?

Inappropriate?Hello Weijia, try and run a scan from windows safe mode, it has a better chance of finding and removing threats, and may be able to find what its trying to remove during the boot time scan. -
