I see many errors related to Exchange Web Services. This typically indicates an issue with auto discovery. Ninja uses the feature of Exchange in order to quarantine emails. If Exchange Autodiscovery is not working properly it will affect Ninja.

From the Exchange Management Shell run the following:
Test-OutlookWebServices | FL

Everything must return Success before Ninja will work properly. If there are any Errors at all they must be fixed.

I would also recommend looking at Microsoft's knowledge base as well.

Is ninja officially supported on Server 2008 now? We are moving to this set up very soon as well.
It's not listed as an option on the main product page.

Not yet. The next release will have full support for Server 2008. It is scheduled for release over the next couple of months.

Ok. I have been able to fix the errors that arose during the Test-OutlookWebServices | FL test. The only error I had was the Autodiscover Service Connection Point (SCP) was pointing to https://machine_name/autodiscover/aut.... So I found a KB article on how to change the SCP from machine_name to mail.company.com so that I could use one SSL certificate. Everything is working. Emails are being scored and everything. In evaluation mode.

So I entered in my License Activation Code and now it is not scoring emails anymore. Now I am not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciative.

Please run the Ninja Snap utility. It is located here:
Start->All Programs->Sunbelt Software->Sunbelt Messaging Ninja->Support Tools->Ninja Snapshot

Sorry I was making sure everything was working correctly. I got an email from support, and they gave me the correct license code. Everything started working when I put the correct one in. Thank you for the help.

Spankey, are you Beta-testing this for them? I'm wondering if your success with Windows 2008/Exchange 2007 means we'll see a fully supported version soon?
Here's hoping - I've have no spam controls for a week now and it's incredible how much we are receiving without it.

We upgraded our servers and created a stretch cluster and for our information store. Then we found that Ninja did not work with Windows 2008/Exchange 2007. So we just started playing with everything. The key is the Test-OutlookWebServices | FL. If you get that to come back with no errors everything starts to work. If you need some help getting some of the problems fix send me some errors and I will see what I can find.
